Refund Policy

Welcome to Get Good Advice! We value transparency and strive to provide excellent customer service. As our platform offers digital products exclusively, please carefully review this policy to understand how refunds are handled.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS

All products sold on Get Good Advice are digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, audiobooks, workbooks, planners, journals, templates, and other downloadable content.


Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been sold. 
  • By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund once the product is sold to you. 


2. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY 

Get Good Advice operates as a marketplace where independent advisors (vendors) sell their digital products. Each vendor is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of product descriptions
  • Delivering the advertised product electronically
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding their products


If you experience issues with a digital product (e.g., the link to the file is not working, the file is incomplete, or the file is not as described), we encourage you to contact the vendor directly using the information provided on the vendor's store page.  


3. EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUNDS  

While refunds are generally not offered for digital products, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Difficulties: If the file is corrupt, defective or cannot be downloaded 
  • Misleading Product Description: If the product delivered significantly differs from its description

Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase to ensure timely review.


4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND 

If you meet the criteria for an exception and wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below. 


Contact the Vendor: Reach out to the vendor directly for support. Send an email to the vendor with the following information:

  • Date Of Purchase
  • Order Number
  • Product Name 
  • Product Details
  • Product Price 
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Evidence supporting your claim (e.g., screenshots, error messages, etc.) 

The vendor will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue. If applicable, the vendor may choose to offer you a refund. Refund decisions are made at the discretion of the vendor. 


5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We encourage customers to resolve disputes through our vendors before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and/or additional fees. 


6. VENDOR SPECIFIC POLICIES

Some vendors may have their own refund policies that apply to their products. Please review each vendor's store policy on their store page before making a purchase.
