This User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all individuals who access or use the Get Good Advice platform as a client, seeker of advice, or general visitor ("User," "you," or "your").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Get Good Advice platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. The Get Good Advice Service
Get Good Advice provides a platform that connects Users with independent, third-party life coaches and advisors ("Advisors") who have undergone our proprietary vetting process. We also offer access to digital products created by these Advisors. Our Service facilitates the connection and payment processing but does not provide coaching, advice, or professional services directly.
3. Our Vetting Process and Your Understanding
3.1. Rigorous Verification: Get Good Advice employs a multi-layered vetting process for all Advisors listed on our platform. This process includes, but is not limited to, identity verification, professional certification authentication, business legitimacy checks, social proof analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring.
3.2. Not an Endorsement or Guarantee: While our vetting process is designed to ensure a high standard of professionalism and expertise, Get Good Advice does not endorse any specific Advisor, nor do we guarantee the outcome of any advice, coaching, or digital product. The results of coaching depend on many factors, including your active participation and commitment.
3.3. Independent Contractors: Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Get Good Advice. Get Good Advice is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or advice of any Advisor.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4.2. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3. Due Diligence: While Get Good Advice vets its Advisors, we encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any Advisor or purchasing any digital product. Review Advisor profiles, read reviews, and ask questions.
4.4. Appropriate Conduct: You agree to interact with Advisors and other Users respectfully and professionally. You will not engage in any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct.
4.5. No Emergency Services: The Service is not intended for emergency situations or for individuals in crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or any other crisis, please seek immediate professional help (e.g., call 911 or a crisis hotline).
4.6. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to circumvent our payment system, engaging in fraud, or distributing malware.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1. Payment Processing: All payments for Advisor services and digital products are processed securely through Get Good Advice's integrated payment system (e.g., Stripe). You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account.
5.2. Advisor Fees: Advisor fees are set by the individual Advisors and are clearly displayed on their profiles or product pages.
5.3. Refunds: Refund policies for Advisor services and digital products are determined by Get Good Advice and/or the individual Advisor. 5.4. Disputes: Any payment disputes should be directed to the individual Advisor. If you have Get Good Advice's customer support. We will mediate disputes in good faith but are not obligated to resolve them in your favor.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Platform Content: All content on the Get Good Advice platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get Good Advice or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. Advisor Content: Any advice, materials, or digital products provided by Advisors are the intellectual property of the respective Advisor. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified by the Advisor.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1. As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Get Good Advice does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7.2. No Professional Advice: Get Good Advice does not provide professional advice. Any information or guidance obtained through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice from a qualified expert.
7.3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Good Advice, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or Advisors; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Good Advice, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service.
9. Termination
Get Good Advice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, compliance, and execution of these Terms and Conditions and any other document related thereto, the parties submit to the laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts in Queretaro, Mexico, expressly waiving the jurisdiction of their current or future domicile or any other cause that may apply to them.
11. Changes to the User Agreement
Get Good Advice reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Section 2: Advisor Agreement
This Advisor Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all individuals or entities who register, list, or provide services or digital products as a life coach or advisor ("Advisor," "you," or "your") on the Get Good Advice platform. This Agreement is in addition to the general User Agreement, which also applies to Advisors as Users of the platform.
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By applying to become an Advisor, creating an Advisor profile, and/or offering services/products on the Get Good Advice platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Advisor Agreement, the User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and all other policies and guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not offer services on the Service.
**2. Advisor Eligibility and Vetting Process**
2.1. **Eligibility Requirements:** To be considered as an Advisor, you must meet and continuously maintain the following minimum requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Possess a valid and verifiable College/University Degree, Teaching Certification, or Life Coaching Certification.
* Provide valid government-issued identification for identity verification.
* Possess a valid business license and tax documentation for your coaching practice.
* Successfully complete Stripe Connect verification, including all required identity and business checks.
* Maintain an active, positive social media presence with a minimum of 500 authentic followers.
* Agree to and adhere to Get Good Advice's strict Terms of Service and professional conduct guidelines.
* For digital products, they must abide by the guidelines laid out here in this document.
2.2. **Vetting Process:** You agree to fully cooperate with Get Good Advice's multi-layered vetting process, which may include, but is not limited to, reference checks, background checks (where legally permissible and deemed necessary by Get Good Advice), verification of credentials, interviews, and review of your professional online presence.
2.3. **Ongoing Compliance:** You understand that your eligibility is subject to ongoing review. Get Good Advice reserves the right to re-verify your credentials, conduct periodic checks, or request updated information at any time. Failure to maintain compliance or provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of your Advisor status.
**3. Advisor Responsibilities and Professional Conduct**
3.1. **Professionalism:** You agree to provide coaching services and digital products with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
3.2. **Accurate Representation:** You will accurately represent your qualifications, experience, and services on your Get Good Advice profile. You will not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
3.3. **Client Confidentiality:** You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by Users during coaching sessions, subject to applicable laws and ethical guidelines (e.g., duty to warn).
3.4. **Scope of Practice:** You will only provide advice and coaching within your areas of expertise and certification. You will not offer medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless you are independently licensed and qualified to do so and clearly disclose such qualifications.
3.5. **Direct Communication:** All communications and scheduling with Users initiated through the platform must remain on the Get Good Advice platform or through approved communication channels.
3.6. **No Circumvention:** You agree not to solicit or accept payments directly from Users outside of the Get Good Advice platform for services initiated or facilitated through the platform. Any attempt to circumvent Get Good Advice's payment system will result in immediate termination of your Advisor status and potential legal action.
3.7. **Compliance with Laws:** You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to your coaching practice, including but not limited to licensing, taxation, and data privacy.
3.8. **Feedback and Reviews:** You acknowledge that Users will be able to provide feedback and reviews on your services. You agree that Get Good Advice may publish these reviews and that they are crucial for maintaining platform quality. You will not manipulate or attempt to manipulate reviews.
**4. Financial Terms and Payouts**
4.1. **Service Fees:** Get Good Advice will charge a service fee (commission) on all transactions processed through the platform for your services and digital products. The current service fee percentage is 30% and may be subject to change with prior notice.
4.2. **Pricing:** You are solely responsible for setting the pricing for your coaching services and digital products.
4.3. **Payouts:** Get Good Advice will disburse your earnings (total revenue minus service fees and any applicable transaction costs) to your connected Stripe account on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. Payouts may be delayed due to payment processing, fraud prevention, or other security measures.
4.4. **Taxes:** You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your activities on the Get Good Advice platform.
**5. Digital Products**
5.1. **Submission and Review:** If you offer digital products, you must submit them to Get Good Advice for review and approval prior to listing. Get Good Advice reserves the right to reject or remove any digital product at its sole discretion if it does not meet our quality standards or violates any terms.
5.2. **Quality and Functionality:** You warrant that all digital products you offer are of high quality, accurate, functional, and free from defects or malicious code.
5.3. **Intellectual Property:** You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and sell any digital products you offer on the platform. You grant Get Good Advice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and market your digital products on the platform.
**6. Termination and Suspension**
6.1. **Termination by Advisor:** You may terminate your Advisor Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Get Good Advice. You will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations to Users.
6.2. **Termination by Get Good Advice:** Get Good Advice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Advisor status and access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Breach of this Agreement or any other Get Good Advice policy.
* Failure to maintain eligibility requirements.
* Negative User feedback or complaints.
* Engagement in any conduct deemed harmful to the reputation or integrity of Get Good Advice or its Users.
* Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6.3. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, your Advisor profile will be removed, and you will no longer be able to offer services or products through the platform. Any outstanding earnings will be paid out according to our standard payout schedule, subject to any deductions for outstanding fees or liabilities.
**7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability (Specific to Advisors)**
7.1. **No Guarantee of Clients:** Get Good Advice does not guarantee any specific number of clients, bookings, or earnings. Your success on the platform depends on your own efforts, quality of service, and market demand.
7.2. **Independent Contractor Status:** You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venture of Get Good Advice. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
7.3. **Limitation of Liability:** In addition to the limitations of liability in the User Agreement, Get Good Advice shall not be liable for any damages arising from your interactions with Users, your provision of services, or any actions taken by Get Good Advice in suspending or terminating your Advisor status.
**8. Indemnification (Specific to Advisors)**
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Good Advice LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (a) provision of services or digital products on the platform; (b) breach of this Advisor Agreement; (c) violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (d) any claim by a third party (including Users) relating to your acts or omissions.
**9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
For the interpretation, compliance, and execution of these Terms and Conditions and any other document related thereto, the parties submit to the laws and jurisdiction of the competent courts in Queretaro, Mexico, expressly waiving the jurisdiction of their current or future domicile or any other cause that may apply to them.
**10. Changes to the Advisor Agreement**
Get Good Advice reserves the right to modify this Advisor Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and/or via email. Your continued use of the Service as an Advisor after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
